Jeff – Founder, President & Chief Instructor
With over a decade in the contract security industry, I can trace my roots back to an entry-level position working as a contracted officer at one of the state’s children’s psychiatric hospitals. From there, I continually developed myself and kept asking the “how” and “why” questions to gain a deeper understanding of the industry. Today, as an operations manager, I oversee and support nearly 400 security officers, supervisors, and account managers. I’ve led security strategy for major events, managed high-risk teams, and learned firsthand what separates professional officers from those who are just clocking in.
I created this training center to give people the tools I wish I had when I started. I use hands-on, real-world instruction — not just lectures — because this industry requires more than just showing up for duty. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, I’ll make sure you leave confident, and ready to work.
Even if you only take one class with me, my support doesn’t end when the course does. I want my students to know they can reach out to me anytime throughout their security career — whether it’s a question about a situation on the job, advice on moving up the ladder, or help understanding a policy. If I can help, I will. That ongoing support is part of what sets this training center apart.
