Be The Difference When Every Second Counts

Our Adult First Aid/CPR/AED course is taught using American Red Cross standards and follows their official curriculum to ensure high standards of training. This comprehensive course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively to medical emergencies, including cardiac arrest, choking, severe bleeding, and other critical situations for adults.

Throughout the course, participants will engage in hands-on training, simulations, and live demonstrations to ensure they are fully prepared to act in an emergency. Our experienced instructors provide personalized guidance and feedback, fostering an environment of learning and confidence-building for every participant.

While we also offer this course in a blended online/in-person format, we strongly recommend attending the full in-person course. Not only will you receive direct, personalized instruction you can’t get from online videos, you’ll have the chance to ask the “why” behind each technique. These skills may one day help you save a life.
